EcaPlus Health Innovations – Subscriber Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to EcaPlus Health Innovations (“EcaPlus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) services, you (“Subscriber,” “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Subscription and Cancellation

Your EcaPlus subscription is month-to-month or yearly (or as otherwise selected during sign-up) and renews automatically unless canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty or early termination fee. To cancel, please contact us through your account portal, email support@ecaplus.io, or follow the cancellation instructions provided in your account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months unless required by law.

2. Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information you provide to EcaPlus (including personal, medical, and health-related details) is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. EcaPlus relies on the accuracy of this information to provide appropriate services.

3. Privacy and HIPAA Compliance

EcaPlus is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable privacy laws where we act as a covered entity or business associate.

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your protected health information (PHI).

4. Use and Sharing of Information

EcaPlus does not sell your personal information or PHI to third parties.

We may share your information (including PHI) with our affiliates, partners, and approved service providers who are bound by HIPAA-compliant agreements solely as necessary to:

  • Provide medical and health services
  • Coordinate care
  • Process payments
  • Fulfill our obligations to you
5. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada (USA) and the Dominican Republic. We reserve the right to modify these Terms with notice to you.

Your continued use of EcaPlus services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
